Flavors.me examples for Hair stylists
Seems to be mainly designers & musicians using this format. Few seem to have much on there, other than have a page that gives access everything in one place. You still need Tumblr, Wordpress, Blogger, Posterous or TypePad to write content.

Picture frame arrangement
I love a mix of picture frames up stairs & on large wall spaces. Here are some nice arrangements I like.
This one was at the Tate gallery:
Having frames and mount board all one colour is key to them looking smart. Also, having a large mount/border makes the image more striking.
The arrangement here is one step past what I'd do, but i like the 3 in the verticall line
I like - one line to be in relation to the frame next to it. e.g. far left frame - the top of the one to the right - are both aligned. Then the bottom of the two on the left are aligned.
You need to have all the frames to start to plan that though.
http://www.4x90.com/ is a great site for buying frames in bulk. Nielson frames are really nice quality, but expensive - if you're buying 40 to go all the way up the stairs.
Black ones are easier to get away with cheap ones, some silver ones I bought were too shiny.

London to Brighton cycle route
The London to Brighton cycle ride is great, but there are lots of junctions & turns... that can make navigating complex. I mapped it out on the OS maps in advance, but got a small note pad that would fit in my pocket.
These were the key roads, crossings, signposts & roads to follow...
New route I found on Cycle-Route from Croydon station to Brighton, looks simpler that the traditional London to brighton & avoids the nasty bit of getting out of London

Greeting and christmas card making
I've been making greeting and christmas cards for the last 18 years. I've refined my buying & production quality & use the following
Craft Creations - http://www.craftcreations.com/ - for my card & envelopes.
They're great, you can get the card cut into A4 or A5 for cards.
The best card is the Vanguard range - http://bit.ly/onLVOB
The brown Kraft envelopes http://bit.ly/otfNnJ are also great.
